Cookie Policy

Last updated: May 15, 2026

A transparent explanation of every cookie and tracker we use on this website — and what you can do about them.

This Cookie Policy describes how BlueprintCommerce LLC ("we", "us", or "our") uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on the rechargeon.co website. We use cookies for three purposes: keeping the site functional, measuring performance, and running advertising campaigns. This page explains each category clearly so you can make an informed choice.

1. What Is a Cookie?

A cookie is a small text file stored on your device (computer, smartphone, or tablet) when you visit a website. Cookies allow the site to recognize your browser during the cookie's validity period and perform functions such as securing a payment session, measuring traffic, or showing you relevant ads after you leave.

Cookies can be set by the website you are visiting ("first-party cookies") or by third-party services embedded in the page ("third-party cookies"). Both types are used on rechargeon.co, as detailed below.

2. Categories of Cookies We Use

No consent needed Essential Cookies

Strictly necessary for the website to function and for payments to be processed securely. These cannot be disabled without breaking core functionality.

Consent required (EEA) Analytics & Performance Cookies

Used to understand how visitors interact with the website — which pages are visited, how long people stay, and where they come from. This helps us improve the site and product pages.

Consent required (EEA) Marketing & Advertising Cookies

Used to run targeted advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other platforms. These cookies allow ad networks to show you relevant ads on other websites after you visit rechargeon.co, and to measure the effectiveness of our campaigns.

For EEA and UK visitors, marketing cookies are only placed after you give explicit consent via our cookie banner. You may withdraw consent at any time — see Section 6.

4. Your Consent and How We Collect It

When you first visit rechargeon.co, a cookie banner is displayed at the bottom of the screen. You are given the following choices:

  • Accept All: Essential, analytics, and marketing cookies are all activated.
  • Essential Only: Only strictly necessary cookies are placed. Analytics and advertising cookies are blocked.

Your choice is stored in the rcos_cookie cookie for 12 months. You can change your preference at any time — see Section 6.

For visitors from the European Economic Area (EEA) and United Kingdom, marketing and analytics cookies are not activated until you explicitly click "Accept All." This is in compliance with the GDPR and the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR). For visitors from the United States, cookies may be activated by default depending on applicable state law, but you retain the right to opt out at any time.

5. Third-Party Data Controllers

When you accept marketing or analytics cookies, the following companies act as independent data controllers and process your data under their own privacy policies:

BlueprintCommerce LLC is not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. We encourage you to review their respective policies.

6. How to Manage or Withdraw Consent

You can change your cookie preferences at any time using any of the following methods:

Browser Settings

Google Chrome Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data
Mozilla Firefox Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
Apple Safari Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data
Microsoft Edge Settings → Cookies and site permissions → Manage cookies
Brave Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data
Opera Settings → Advanced → Privacy & security → Site Settings

Blocking essential Stripe cookies may cause your payment to be declined, as Stripe's anti-fraud session token is required during checkout.

7. Do Not Track (DNT)

Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal to websites. There is currently no universally accepted standard for how websites should respond to DNT signals. Our cookie consent banner provides you with explicit control over which cookies are activated — which we believe is a more meaningful mechanism than relying on DNT signals alone.

8. Legal Basis for Cookies

  • Essential cookies: Placed on the basis of legitimate interest and strict necessity under Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive. No consent required.
  • Analytics and marketing cookies: Placed only on the basis of your freely given, specific, and informed consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Article 5(3) ePrivacy Directive. You may withdraw consent at any time without detriment.

9. Changes to This Cookie Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy when we add or remove third-party services. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If we add new consent-based cookies, we will re-prompt your consent via the cookie banner before activating them.
