We stand behind every product we sell. If something goes wrong, we will make it right.

Our Commitment to You

RechargeOS products are built with care and tested before every release. We want you to get real value from what you buy. If you don't, talk to us first — we will always make a fair effort to help before it comes to a refund.

Payment Security: All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc., a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. BlueprintCommerce LLC does not store your card details. In the event of a dispute, Stripe's standard resolution process applies. Your right to initiate a bank dispute (chargeback) is a recognized consumer right — we will always cooperate with that process professionally and in good faith.

1. Digital Products: General Rule

RechargeOS sells exclusively intangible digital products — PDF guides, Notion templates, Google Sheets trackers, and productivity systems — delivered by instant download. Because a digital file cannot be physically returned, consumer law provides that the right of withdrawal may be waived for digital content once delivery has begun with the consumer's express agreement.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a digital product and consent to the immediate provision of that content upon payment confirmation.

This does not mean we are indifferent to your satisfaction. Our exceptions and goodwill commitments below are genuine — please read them carefully.

2. When We Will Issue a Full Refund

We will process a full refund without dispute in the following situations:

✓ Full Refund A. Corrupted or Unreadable File

If the file you received is technically broken and impossible to open on any standard reader (Adobe Acrobat, Preview, Notion, Google Sheets), contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will first send a fresh download link. If the problem persists after our intervention, a full refund is issued immediately.

  1. Email help@rechargeon.co with your order confirmation
  2. Attach a screenshot of the error from your device
  3. We respond within 24 business hours with a fix or a refund

✓ Full Refund B. Accidental Double Charge

If you were charged twice for the same product (same email, same product, within a 2-hour window), the duplicate transaction will be refunded in full — no questions asked. Contact us with both transaction IDs and we will process it the same business day.

✓ Full Refund C. Order Not Received

If you completed payment but never received your download link (and it is not in your spam or junk folder), contact us within 7 days. We will manually resend the link immediately or issue a full refund if we cannot resolve the delivery issue.

3. Our Good-Faith Satisfaction Promise

We genuinely want you to benefit from your purchase. If within 7 days of your order you are experiencing significant difficulty using the product — even if the file is technically functional — please contact our support team before requesting a refund.

Our team will:

  • Personally walk you through setting up and using the product on your specific device or app
  • Provide step-by-step guidance and additional resources tailored to your situation
  • Work with you until you can genuinely get value from your purchase
We handle these requests case by case and with genuine care. We cannot guarantee refunds for pure aesthetic preference — preview images and full product descriptions are clearly shown before purchase. However, if something is genuinely not working for you, talk to us first.

4. Situations Outside Refund Scope

The following situations are outside our standard refund scope, though our support team is always available to assist:

✗ Not Eligible Change of Mind After Extended Use

If the file has been opened, used, and accessed across multiple sessions over several days or weeks, we are unable to process a refund.

✗ Not Eligible Visual or Design Preference

Detailed screenshots, descriptions, and previews are provided on every product page before purchase. Refunds are not issued because the design does not match personal aesthetic preferences.

✗ Not Eligible Incompatibility With Unsupported Apps

Compatible platforms are listed on every product page (e.g., PDF files: Adobe Acrobat, Preview; Notion templates: Notion app; Google Sheets: Google account required). Using a file on an app not in the compatibility list may limit functionality — this does not constitute a product defect.

✗ Not Eligible Results Not Meeting Expectations

RechargeOS products are tools — not guarantees. Sleep quality, productivity, and performance outcomes vary between individuals based on consistency of use, lifestyle, and personal circumstances. We cannot issue refunds based on the subjective results achieved.

6. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

If you have any concern about a charge, we strongly encourage you to contact us directly first at help@rechargeon.co. We respond within 24 business hours and will resolve any legitimate issue quickly and fairly — this is always faster and simpler than a formal dispute.

Your right to file a dispute with your bank or card issuer is a legitimate and recognized consumer right. We fully respect this. If a chargeback is filed, we will provide Stripe and the relevant financial institution with the order confirmation, delivery records, and any relevant correspondence as part of the standard dispute resolution process.

We approach all disputes professionally and in good faith. Our goal is always a fair resolution for both parties.

Contacting us before filing a dispute almost always results in a faster resolution. A chargeback can take 30–90 days to resolve through your bank. We can typically resolve legitimate issues within 24–48 hours.

7. How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request, send an email to help@rechargeon.co with the following information:

  1. Your full name and the email address used at checkout
  2. Your Stripe order ID (found in your purchase confirmation email)
  3. The product name and the tier purchased
  4. A clear description of the issue
  5. A screenshot or screen recording if the issue is technical

We will confirm receipt within 24 business hours and aim to resolve all refund requests within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds are processed via Stripe and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Refund requests submitted more than 30 days after purchase will not be considered except in cases of accidental double charges.
