RechargeOS products are built with care and tested before every release. We want you to get real value from what you buy. If you don't, talk to us first — we will always make a fair effort to help before it comes to a refund.
RechargeOS sells exclusively intangible digital products — PDF guides, Notion templates, Google Sheets trackers, and productivity systems — delivered by instant download. Because a digital file cannot be physically returned, consumer law provides that the right of withdrawal may be waived for digital content once delivery has begun with the consumer's express agreement.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a digital product and consent to the immediate provision of that content upon payment confirmation.
This does not mean we are indifferent to your satisfaction. Our exceptions and goodwill commitments below are genuine — please read them carefully.
We will process a full refund without dispute in the following situations:
If the file you received is technically broken and impossible to open on any standard reader (Adobe Acrobat, Preview, Notion, Google Sheets), contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will first send a fresh download link. If the problem persists after our intervention, a full refund is issued immediately.
If you were charged twice for the same product (same email, same product, within a 2-hour window), the duplicate transaction will be refunded in full — no questions asked. Contact us with both transaction IDs and we will process it the same business day.
If you completed payment but never received your download link (and it is not in your spam or junk folder), contact us within 7 days. We will manually resend the link immediately or issue a full refund if we cannot resolve the delivery issue.
We genuinely want you to benefit from your purchase. If within 7 days of your order you are experiencing significant difficulty using the product — even if the file is technically functional — please contact our support team before requesting a refund.

If the file has been opened, used, and accessed across multiple sessions over several days or weeks, we are unable to process a refund.
Detailed screenshots, descriptions, and previews are provided on every product page before purchase. Refunds are not issued because the design does not match personal aesthetic preferences.
Compatible platforms are listed on every product page (e.g., PDF files: Adobe Acrobat, Preview; Notion templates: Notion app; Google Sheets: Google account required). Using a file on an app not in the compatibility list may limit functionality — this does not constitute a product defect.
RechargeOS products are tools — not guarantees. Sleep quality, productivity, and performance outcomes vary between individuals based on consistency of use, lifestyle, and personal circumstances. We cannot issue refunds based on the subjective results achieved.

If you have any concern about a charge, we strongly encourage you to contact us directly first at help@rechargeon.co. We respond within 24 business hours and will resolve any legitimate issue quickly and fairly — this is always faster and simpler than a formal dispute.
Your right to file a dispute with your bank or card issuer is a legitimate and recognized consumer right. We fully respect this. If a chargeback is filed, we will provide Stripe and the relevant financial institution with the order confirmation, delivery records, and any relevant correspondence as part of the standard dispute resolution process.
We approach all disputes professionally and in good faith. Our goal is always a fair resolution for both parties.

We will confirm receipt within 24 business hours and aim to resolve all refund requests within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds are processed via Stripe and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Refund requests submitted more than 30 days after purchase will not be considered except in cases of accidental double charges.
