Article 1: Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter the “Terms”) apply, without restriction or reservation, to all sales concluded by BlueprintCommerce LLC (hereinafter “the Seller”) to consumers and non-professional buyers (hereinafter “the Customers”), wishing to acquire the digital products offered for sale on the website rechargeon.co (hereinafter “the Site”).
These Terms outline the conditions for ordering, payment, delivery, and management of any potential returns or claims relating to those products.
The validation of an order by the Customer constitutes full acceptance, without restriction or reservation, of these Terms. The Customer acknowledges having the requisite legal capacity to contract and acquire the products offered on the Site.

Article 3: Product Characteristics
The products offered for sale on the Site are exclusively intangible digital products — including PDF guides, Notion templates, Google Sheets trackers, and productivity systems related to sleep optimization and time management for entrepreneurs, freelancers, and operators.
The main characteristics (title, description, features, preview images) are presented on each product page. The Seller takes the greatest care in presenting products accurately. However, slight differences in rendering may occur depending on the screen or device used. These differences cannot engage the responsibility of the Seller.
No physical product will be shipped to the Customer’s postal address.
Article 4: Pricing
Prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) on the Site. Unless otherwise stated, prices are inclusive of applicable taxes. The Stripe payment platform handles the calculation of applicable sales taxes according to the Customer’s jurisdiction where required by law.
The Seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time. Products will be billed at the rates in effect at the time the order is confirmed by the Customer.

Prices are subject to change. Promotional pricing applies only during the stated promotional period.
Article 5: Orders
It is the Customer’s responsibility to select the products they wish to purchase, according to the following process:
- Selection of product and addition to cart (or direct purchase via “Buy Now”)
- Review of order details and selected tier
- Entry of billing information (name, email, address)
- Selection of payment method
- Validation of the order by clicking the payment confirmation button
The sale is considered final only after the Customer receives an order confirmation email from the Seller, and after full collection of the applicable price via the Stripe platform.
Any order placed on the Site constitutes a distance contract formed between the Customer and the Seller.
Article 6: Payment Terms
The price is payable in full and in a single payment upon validation of the order.
Payment is made by credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) or via digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay) through the secure payment provider Stripe, Inc. Stripe is an independent, PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. Payment data is exchanged in encrypted mode using TLS/SSL protocol. BlueprintCommerce LLC has no access to your complete card details at any time.
By completing a purchase, you also agree to Stripe’s Terms of Service at stripe.com/legal/ssa and acknowledge Stripe’s Privacy Policy at stripe.com/privacy.
In case of payment failure (refused card, insufficient funds), the order will not be validated and the digital files will not be delivered.
Article 7: Delivery of Digital Products
As these are dematerialized digital products, delivery consists of the provision of a secure download link.
Once payment is validated, the Customer is automatically redirected to a confirmation page, and an email containing the download link(s) is sent to the email address provided during the order. The Customer may then save the file(s) to their device.
If you do not receive the email within 15 minutes, please check your spam or junk folder. If the issue persists, contact our support team at help@rechargeon.co with proof of purchase and we will manually resend.
Article 8: Right of Withdrawal & Refund Conditions
In accordance with legal provisions governing the supply of digital content not delivered on a tangible medium — where performance has begun after the consumer’s express prior agreement — the right of withdrawal may be limited once the download link has been accessed.
However, this does not mean you have no recourse. BlueprintCommerce LLC commits to the following:
- Corrupted or undelivered file: If your file is technically broken or was never received, contact us within 7 days. We will resend immediately or issue a full refund.
- Accidental double charge: Refunded in full, no questions asked.
- Significant technical issue: If you experience a genuine difficulty with the product within 7 days of purchase, contact us before requesting a refund. We will assist you personally.

Your right to initiate a bank dispute (chargeback) is a recognized consumer right. We cooperate fully and professionally with all dispute resolution processes.
Article 9: Intellectual Property
The content of the Site, as well as all digital products sold (text, designs, graphics, structural frameworks, templates, guides, and internal links), are the exclusive property of BlueprintCommerce LLC and are protected by United States and international intellectual property and copyright laws.
The purchase of a product grants the Customer a personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the purchased content. This license is strictly limited to domestic and individual use by the purchasing Customer.
This license does not grant any right to reproduce, distribute, sublicense, resell, or create derivative works based on the purchased content.
Article 10: Ban on Resale and Copyright Infringement
It is strictly prohibited, on pain of civil and criminal prosecution under US copyright law:
- To resell, distribute, give away, or share purchased digital files — whether for free or for compensation
- To modify the original files in order to extract the design, content, or structure to create a derivative or competing product
- To publish files on forums, social networks, file-sharing platforms, or group messaging channels
- To use products for commercial purposes (e.g., offering the original content as a “bonus” to your own clients) without prior written agreement from BlueprintCommerce LLC
- To use AI tools or any other method to reverse-engineer, transcribe, or reproduce the structure and content of purchased files for commercial redistribution
BlueprintCommerce LLC reserves all rights and will pursue violations. Any Customer found in breach of this article will have their license revoked and may face financial penalties for copyright infringement under 17 U.S.C. § 504.
Article 11: Force Majeure
The execution by the Seller of its obligations under these Terms will be suspended in the event of the occurrence of an act of God or force majeure that would hinder or delay its execution. These include, but are not limited to: natural disasters, war, riots, internet network outages, major cyberattacks affecting our servers or our payment provider Stripe.
The Seller will notify the Customer of the occurrence of such an event as soon as reasonably possible and will resume service once the impediment is resolved.
Article 12: Personal Data and Privacy
The collection and processing of the Customer’s personal data are carried out in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for European customers, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) for California residents, and all other applicable laws.
The information requested during checkout is necessary for processing the order and issuing the purchase confirmation. The Customer has the right to access, rectify, erase, limit, port, and withdraw consent to the processing of their data at any time by contacting help@rechargeon.co.

Article 13: Applicable Law and Language
These Terms may be made available in several languages, but the certified English text shall prevail in the event of a dispute or ambiguity.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the Law of the State of New Mexico, United States, consistent with the company’s registered headquarters. However, if the Customer is a consumer residing in the European Union or United Kingdom, they benefit in all cases from the mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence, which cannot be derogated from by agreement.
Article 14: Dispute Resolution
For any difficulty or claim related to an order, the Customer is invited to first contact our support team at help@rechargeon.co to seek an amicable resolution. We respond within 24 business hours and aim to resolve all issues fairly and promptly.
Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the competent courts. For US consumers, the courts of Albuquerque, New Mexico shall have jurisdiction. European consumers retain the right to seize the courts of their country of residence.
For EU consumers: the European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Article 15: Modification of Terms
The Seller reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Changes apply only to orders placed after the updated Terms are published.
The Customer is advised to save or print the Terms in effect at the time of their order for reference purposes.
Article 16: Absence of Medical Advice
The tools, guides, templates, and frameworks included in the RechargeOS product suite (including sleep optimization protocols, productivity systems, wind-down routines, and time management frameworks) are developed as self-help and performance improvement resources.
BlueprintCommerce LLC is not a healthcare provider. The content of our digital products does not constitute medical, psychological, or psychiatric advice. It does not replace therapy, diagnosis, or treatment prescribed by a licensed healthcare professional. If you have concerns about your health, sleep, or mental wellbeing, please consult a qualified practitioner.
Article 17: Liability and Compatibility
The Seller guarantees that all digital files are functional and tested prior to sale. Nevertheless, the user experience depends on the Customer’s hardware and the applications used to open files (e.g., Adobe Acrobat, Preview, Notion, Google Sheets).
BlueprintCommerce LLC cannot be held responsible if a third-party application performs an update that alters the rendering or behavior of purchased files. Our files conform to standard formats (PDF, Notion, Google Sheets). No refund will be granted solely on the basis that a specific third-party application does not correctly render a standard file format, if the file opens normally in other compatible applications.
The Seller’s total liability to the Customer shall not exceed the amount paid by the Customer for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
Article 18: Download Link Availability
After purchase, the download link contained in your confirmation email is valid for a minimum of 30 days from the date of purchase, with an unlimited number of downloads during that period.
After this period, the file must be saved to your device or a personal cloud storage solution (Google Drive, iCloud, Dropbox, etc.). In the event of loss of your file beyond 30 days, re-access may be requested by contacting help@rechargeon.co with your authentic Stripe order ID. We will do our best to accommodate these requests at our discretion.
Article 19: Acceptance
The fact of a natural or legal person placing an order on rechargeon.co constitutes full adherence to and acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. This acceptance is expressly acknowledged by the Customer, who waives any right to rely on any contradictory document that would be unenforceable against BlueprintCommerce LLC.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
